“The day to day life of a college athlete is a demanding one,” the brand says on its website. “From morning training sessions, watching film and attending practices to the long and constant walks to and from classes, college athletes are on the move from the second that they wake up. This puts a lot of physical strain on their bodies and makes them the perfect candidates for Kane Footwear.”

The post continues, “Our new college licensed collection initially features five elite sports programs: University of Alabama, the University of Southern California, Clemson University, Louisiana State University and University of Florida. Each particular school-themed Revive features the schools color scheme, the university’s name printed on the footbed or heel and a custom school logo tag on the shoe’s hang loops, which will allow college athletes and fans of the teams to showcase their passion through their active recovery footwear.”

According to the Kane Footwear website, Dr. Daniel Geller, a foot and ankle surgeon focusing on sports injuries, was instrumental in integrating recovery-based orthopedic principles into prototypes of the Kane Revive.

The shoe combines scientific principles with sustainable materials to create footwear that helps athletes recover in comfort and style.

Kane Footwear has also created a mission to give back to people and the planet with intention is to minimize the brand’s environmental impact.

One percent of gross sales go directly to environmental non-profits through “1% For the Planet,” a non-profit focused on protecting the future of the planet.
