The explosion at the RM Palmer chocolate factory in West Reading was felt and seen by many in the region. The blast sent smoke billowing high into the area, where it could be seen from miles away.
A Philadelphia TV station’s weather camera captured it all on video, showing the exact moment of the blast. Fox 29 reporter Eddie Kadhim shared the dramatic footage on Twitter.
